Legal

The documents that say what we owe you and what you agree to. Written to be read once, without a lawyer.

The agreement

The rest

  • Data processing agreement What we do with data that an organization's clients and visitors send through its tools. We are the processor; the organization is the controller. Not published yet
  • Cookie policy There is one cookie, for your session, and one database row remembering where your windows were. That is the whole list. Not published yet
  • Service level agreement Best effort on Free, 99.9% on paid plans, and credits on Enterprise when we miss it. Not published yet
  • Selling terms For organizations selling tools to their own clients: the fee, how Stripe Connect pays you, and how refunds work. Not published yet

Your data

Deleting your account removes your name, your e-mail address, your photo, your settings, your passkeys and your sign-in history. It happens when you ask for it, from Settings, without anyone approving it.

Deleting an organization removes everything inside it: its people's membership, its documents, its messages and its records. Its owner does this, and nobody else can.

Where an organization connected its own database, its own model key or its own file storage, that data was never ours. It stays in that organization's account, under that organization's rules, and deleting anything here does not touch it.
